2.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. nagad88 reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts if this rule is violated.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

nagad88 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-approved document may be requested for identity verification. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. If a user believes that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify the nagad88 support team immediately. Allowing third parties to use an account is prohibited.

All financial transactions on nagad88 are conducted in Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 by any method.
• Deposited funds must be sent only from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Depositing through third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, it may take up to a few minutes to be reflected in the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may only be requested to a verified payment method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of incomplete KYC verification.
• If wagering conditions related to a bonus have not been met, that portion may not be withdrawn.

3.3 Fund Security

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed.
• A separate maximum bet limit may apply when using bonus funds.
• If a bonus is cancelled without meeting the wagering conditions, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• nagad88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.

5.1 Self-Control Tools

Users can enable deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion on their accounts. These tools will be activated within a set timeframe upon request to the support team.

5.2 Protection of Minors

Opening an account or participating in any financial activity is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. If nagad88 confirms that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be seized.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nagad88 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds and any necessary legal action.

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, scripts or automated software to conduct gameplay.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Using another user's information, payment method or identity.
• Attempting to fraudulently chargeback transactions.
• Harassing, deceiving or attempting to harm other users on the platform.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

nagad88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in the event of a breach of these Terms.

7.1 Account Closure by User

A user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team to make the request. It is possible to withdraw available funds before closing the account, provided wagering conditions have been met.

7.2 Suspension by nagad88

If suspicious activity is identified, nagad88 may temporarily suspend an account in the interest of investigation. A decision to reactivate or permanently close the account will be made based on the outcome of the investigation.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no transaction or login for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, and users will be notified in advance by email.

9.3 Wins and Losses

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between nagad88 and the user. No oral or written promise outside this document will be considered valid.
